Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dosley ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Dosley is a mobile application designed to help users track their medication injections, weight measurements, and side effects. The App provides:

• Injection logging and reminders

• Weight tracking and progress visualization

• Side effect monitoring

• Basic progress views and summaries

Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: DOSLEY IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE.

• The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• The App is not a substitute for professional medical care

• Always consult your healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen

• Do not rely on the App for emergency medical situations

By using this App, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own healthcare decisions

• The developers and operators of Dosley are not liable for any health outcomes

• You should seek immediate medical attention for any health emergencies

User Accounts

Registration

You may create an account to sync your data across devices. Authentication and account management are provided by a third-party provider. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information

• Maintain the security of your account access

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Guest Mode

You may use the App in guest mode without an account. Guest data:

• Is stored only on your device

• Will be lost if you uninstall the App, clear data, or move to a new device

• Cannot be synced across devices

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose

• Share your account credentials with others

• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App

• Upload malicious content or viruses

• Impersonate another person

• Use the App to harass or harm others

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Dosley and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App

• Use our trademarks without permission

• Create derivative works based on the App

User Content

You retain ownership of the health data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. Processing of your health data requires separate explicit consent under GDPR Article 9, which is collected separately and is not covered by your acceptance of these Terms.

Third-Party Services

Dosley relies on third-party services to provide authentication and data storage. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Non-infringement

• Accuracy of health insights

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free

• Defects will be corrected

• The App is free of viruses or harmful components

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOSLEY AND ITS DEVELOPERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

• Any loss of profits, data, or health outcomes

• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the past 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dosley, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through:

• An in-app notification

• An update to this Terms page

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately

• You may request deletion of your data

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence may also apply.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation

• Mediation

• Binding arbitration (if negotiation/mediation fails)

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, this clause does not affect your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws, including your right to bring claims before the courts of your place of residence.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dosley regarding your use of the App.
