Dosley editorial policy

This policy explains who creates Dosley educational content, which sources it uses, what “reviewed” means, and how corrections and translations are handled.

Last updated: 2026-08-02

Ownership and authorship

Dosley is built and operated by Stefan Creanga and Beatrice Marin. Guide bylines identify the author responsible for selecting sources, writing the summary, and checking it against Dosley’s wellness boundary. Dosley does not claim clinician review unless a named clinician and review date are displayed on that page.

Source standards

Medication facts are taken from current official regulatory or manufacturer sources, such as FDA prescribing information, Drugs@FDA, EMA product information, and EPAR records. Claims are linked to their sources. Secondary sources may provide context but do not replace official labeling for medication instructions or safety information.

Review and updates

A Dosley editorial review checks source attribution, quotation accuracy, internal consistency, publication dates, and the wellness boundary. It is not a medical review unless explicitly labeled as one. Pages show a last-reviewed date and are rechecked when source labeling changes or a correction is reported.

Dosley provides educational reference material and personal organization tools. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment, change doses, assess individual interactions, or replace guidance from a healthcare professional.

Translations

Localized medication content must pass native-language and medical review before it is eligible for search indexing or hreflang promotion. Draft translations may remain accessible for review, but Dosley marks them noindex and excludes them from the sitemap until approval is recorded in the site’s content registry.

Corrections

Report a factual, sourcing, translation, or boundary concern at support@dosley.ro. Reports are checked against the cited source, corrected when warranted, and followed by an updated review date.
